L’Expertise Academica

Our mission and values

Academica was founded in 1999 on the tenet that each school constitutes a unique educational environment. Our mission is to give students from all backgrounds access to a free education of quality . Our cornerstone, education centered on the student through personalization, flexibility, creativity and continuous dialogue between educators, students and parents.

Education in the United States is a federated state prerogative, they are responsible for their policies on education. With charter schools, the federal state wanted to better the quality of public education. They signed a charter with their respective states that allows them a delegation of public services. These schools are places of innovation in terms of education and of course specialization toward various domains, like technology, the arts and international studies.

With 190 schools in 11 states, 101.751 students and 4500 teachers, Academica is its main player and accommodates proven teaching methods with the best of digital technologies.

Digital Pioneer

In certain states, students must take one of their credits online. To service these students, Academica founded Academica Virtual Education (AVE), a certified digital school. Their pool of experts is specialized in digital education. By integrating technology into innovative education initiatives, our team of instructors works with each student and their family to help elaborate a personalized learning plan.

International Education

Based in Miami, International Studies Charter High School (ISCHS) offers a program of multilingual and multicultural studies favoring the acquisition of knowledge and skills in an intellectual and stimulating environment.
